Micaela Wright
COFOUNDER AND CCO
Micaela is a versatile growth strategist who specializes in launching and scaling go-to-market functions from the ground up. As a self-described “Swiss Army Knife” marketer, she excels at navigating the space between high-level digital strategy and deep, tactical execution. She thrives on digging into the weeds of demand generation, building new marketing channels, and untangling complex problems alongside her teammates. A proud Longhorn, she graduated with honors from The University of Texas at Austin.
At Heirloom, Micaela channels this multi-faceted approach into expanding the company's reach—ensuring that when grieving families need intuitive, compassionate support, Heirloom is there to guide them.
Brady Miller
COFOUNDER AND CTO
Brady is a seasoned engineering leader who has spent his career building products that reach millions of people. Across startups in various industries, he has been the technical force behind apps that scaled from early-stage ideas to platforms used daily by millions.
Beyond writing code, Brady has a track record of scaling engineering organizations — growing teams from a handful of engineers to hundreds, while maintaining the speed and quality that define great startups. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin.
At Heirloom, Brady brings that same builder's mentality: creating technology that is powerful under the hood but simple and compassionate on the surface, so families can focus on what truly matters.
Davis Wilkinson
Cofounder AND CEO
Inspired by his mother’s experience with probate, Davis quit his job in big tech and worked as a receptionist at a funeral home and an observer at a financial advisory, immersing himself in the estate administration world firsthand. Those experiences revealed just how broken the probate process is for grieving families, and fortified his resolve to build Heirloom.
Davis draws from his experience in product management, software, business development, and venture capital. Prior to Heirloom, Davis was on the founding team of DataFleets, a data privacy startup acquired for $100M+ in 2022. He is an investor in and advisor to 20+ tech companies. He holds an A.B. in Economics from Harvard University.
